Penguin Party
Who doesn’t love a p-p-p-penguin?

If you’re from the UK, you’ll get that joke. We have biscuits here called penguins and that was a part of the advert – yum.

Anyway, I digress… a bit different from my other patterns, I have designed a super cute little penguin that can be used on blankets, cushions, scarves, hats – whatever you fancy.

One row of penguins looking right, and the other row is looking left.

Obviously, it is better crocheted in black and white
(I apologise for that as I know black can be a right pain)

You could of course go bright colours and do something a little more disco 😊

The optional little scarves can be made in two ways
-
Using the bonus pattern charts which are created using the mosaic tapestry technique.
-
Crocheting them separately and sewing them on.

Penguin Party is worked in the normal overlay mosaic row-by-row technique.

The PDF has 2 easy to read charts (with Xs for DCs) and corresponding written instructions.

Two PDFs are available - one using US terms and one using UK terms.

You can use any yarn and corresponding hook you like for this pattern, just remember a tighter tension is better for mosaic crochet.
