Shimmer is a mosaic crochet pattern that was inspired by the iconic beaded curtains of the hippy era.

The PDF has nine easy-to-read charts (with X’s for DCs) for each pattern included, as well as corresponding written instructions.

Two PDFs are available - one using US terms and one using UK terms.

The pattern includes instructions for two different sizes.

​

• Small - 90cm wide by 105cm long with a 3-row double border (149 stitches x 174 rows)

​

• Large - 105cm wide by 138cm long with a 3-row double border (182 stitches x 223 rows)

​

You can use any yarn and corresponding hook you like for this pattern; just remember a tighter tension is better for mosaic crochet.

You can, of course, create any size you want, as it’s a simple repeating pattern.
