The Craft

There used to be a quaint wee shop called ‘The Green Witch’ in the town of Aberdour, Scotland.

Sadly, it’s no longer there, but it was a delightful place to visit. Upon entering, you were greeted by a cosy wee coal fire with a rocking chair beside it (I always imagined myself sitting there, crocheting).

The shop sold crystals and cauldrons, herbal remedies and wands, pagan and witch-oriented books, and all the paraphernalia a witch could need.

This pattern is a nod to that charming shop and to all the witches and wizards who enjoy collecting their own Pagan and Wiccan treasures.

Use any yarn and corresponding hook for this pattern; remember, high-contrast colours are better for mosaic crochet.

This design looks great in two colours, or you could go for a full mosaic tapestry with many colours. The choice is yours.

Please note that this pattern does not give instructions or yarn stats for mosaic tapestry crochet.
